We can accept these conditions at 50% if they are still sealed:

Non-blood stains and rips no larger than a dime (total area).

Boxes with partially obscured but still legible expiration dates.

Slightly crushed boxes.

Boxes that will expire within 5-9 months.

We will NOT pay for boxes in these conditions:

Opened/unsealed boxes.

Boxes with stains/marks or rips larger than a dime.

Smashed/crushed boxes.

Boxes that are set to expire within 5 months.

If you are unsure of the condition of the box, please send a picture message to 469-610-2563 of the product(s) you want to send, and we'll let you know if we accept them.

No, we do not buy boxes that have been opened or broken seal.

Nothing. Please leave the label on the box so that it doesn't get damaged (ripped or torn). We shred all labels for your protection. If you have privacy concerns, feel free to mark out any information on the label with a felt tipped marker. Be careful not to mark the box.

We normally pay out the same day we receive your strips. Cash app, PayPal, Zelle and Venmo are usually same day but there could be a 1-2 business day delay depending on order volume. Business checks are issued the same or following business day that we receive your test strips and take 4-7 business days.

Yes! Diabetic test strips are an over-the-counter product and there are currently no regulation on the resale of OTC products.

It's very important that you confirm the condition of the box before you send it in. We will NOT be able to return boxes that are too damaged. Feel free to send a picture message of your box to 469-610-2563 and we'll let you know if we can accept it. Any test strips that are sent to us and are not eligible for our buy back program will be donated.

Yes, there is a minimum of $20 per order.

Currently, we are only accepting diabetic test strips from within the US.
